BIGBANG’s T.O.P ranked #1 for “Male Idol that I Want to be Mine.”
On Mnet’s Valentine’s Day special of ‘Super Idol Chart Show’ aired on Feb 14, the ranking of “Male Idols that I Want to be Mine” was revealed.
In the survey, BIGBANG’s T.O.P ranked #1 with 17.6%, and the votes came mostly from women in their early 20’s.
Some of the reasons for choosing T.O.P were, “Going out with him will make me look good,” “His attractive looks will put us under the spotlight everywhere,” and “I can brag about his appearance.”
Super Idol Chart Show is a new chart ranking show that ranks idols in different category according to surveys done by 300 people in South Korea aged between 15 and 34. Through this, current idol news are delivered as well.
In the first round, 10 idols are chosen amongst 637. Then, through fair and precise research, the ranking of those 10 idols are determined. The two MC’s have to guess the ranking from the hints given by the crew, which is the most interesting part of the show.
Mnet’s new Super Idol Chart Show, run by the 2 MC’s, Super Junior’s Ryeowook and Beast’s Dongwoon, is aired every Friday at 5 pm.
